Our team delivered comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a retail mart in Boeung Trabek, Phnom Penh. The project focused on providing reliable building services to support a comfortable shopping environment and efficient day-to-day retail operations.

The works required careful coordination of air-conditioning systems, electrical services, lighting, piping, cable containment, and exposed ceiling installations. Particular attention was given to organizing the MEP services within the open-ceiling design while maintaining accessibility for future inspection and maintenance.

The project was executed with a strong focus on system performance, installation quality, safety, energy efficiency, and coordination with the retail interior design.
